Author Guidelines
Koryfi Group of Media and Publications serves as an ideal platform for both the established as well as
budding authors for getting their books published at an earliest date. Since inception (in 2020) we believe
in provide in high quality books at reasonable prices. We strongly believe in being in close contact with all
our authors on the production, promotion and distribution of their books. Maintaining high academic
and production standards is our priority. Manuscripts received would be thoroughly assessed for their
viability across the globe. We intend to inform the authors ASAP on the acceptance or rejection of their
works. Moreover, ISBN is allotted to all our publications. Our books are at the forefront of knowledge
and often break new ground in research. As an independent publisher, we are more willing to take risks
by publishing in emerging disciplines. To ensure a smooth and successful experience, please carefully review the following guidelines before submitting your manuscript.
1. Manuscript Preparation
Format: Manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format. Ensure the document is formatted with uniform font (preferably Times New Roman, 12-point size), double-spaced, and with 1-inch margins on all sides.Title Page: The title page should include the title of the book, the author’s name, and contact information (email, phone number, and mailing address).
Word Count: There is no word count limit. However, ensure your manuscript is suitable for your target audience and genre.
2. Content Guidelines
Originality: All submitted manuscripts must be original works by the author. Plagiarism will result in immediate rejection.Clarity and Structure: Ensure your manuscript is well-organized with a clear introduction, body, and conclusion. Each chapter should be numbered and have a coherent flow.
Referencing: If your work includes quotes, data, or references, ensure they are properly cited. A consistent referencing style (e.g., APA, MLA, or Chicago) should be used throughout the manuscript.
Language: Use clear, concise, and grammatically correct language. Avoid jargon unless necessary for your book’s subject.
3. Illustrations, Tables, and Graphics
Images: If your book includes images, they should be high-resolution (at least 300 DPI) and clearly labeled. Submit images as separate files in .JPEG or .PNG format with indications of where they should be placed in the manuscript.Permissions: Ensure you have the legal right to use any images, tables, or graphics not created by you. Proper credit must be given where applicable.
4. Submission Process
Submission Link: Submit your manuscript using our dedicated submission process at Submit Book Manuscript.Accompanying Materials: Along with your manuscript, please provide a brief author bio (150-300 words) and a short description or blurb (100-200 words) for marketing purposes.
5. Editing Process
Initial Review: Once submitted, your manuscript will be reviewed by our editorial team to assess its suitability for publication. We will notify you if it is selected for further review.Editing: If accepted, your manuscript will be assigned to an editor. The editor may suggest revisions related to content, grammar, or style. Please be open to feedback for improving your manuscript.
Proofreading: After revisions, your manuscript will undergo a final proofreading stage to ensure there are no grammatical or typographical errors before publication.
6. Publication and Distribution
Cover Design: We collaborate with professional designers to create a cover that reflects the book’s content and appeals to your audience. While author input is welcome, the final decision will be made by the design team.ISBN Assignment: We will assign an International Standard Book Number (ISBN) to your book, making it easy for cataloging and distribution through our platform.
Formats: Your book will be published in both print and digital formats.
7. Marketing and Promotion
Author Involvement: We encourage active promotion of your book. This may include social media campaigns, book launch events, and interviews. Our marketing team will support you with promotional materials.Royalties: Royalties are based on book sales and will be paid quarterly. The specific royalty percentage will be outlined in your contract.
8. Legal Considerations
Contract: Upon acceptance, you will receive a publishing contract outlining the terms of our partnership, including royalty percentages, rights, and responsibilities.Copyright: You retain copyright over your work. However, you will grant us the rights to distribute, print, and promote the book through our platform.
