Returns and Exchanges
### Eligibility: We accept returns or exchanges for physical products within 10 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
### Requesting a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 5 days of receiving your order.
You will need to provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and attach any relevant photos to support your claim.
### Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is being returned due to an error on our part or because it is defective.
In cases where we are at fault, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label.
### Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you a notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days.
Please note that it may take additional time for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer’s policies.
Digital Products
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for digital products, including ebooks and audiobooks once they have been purchased and downloaded.
Damaged or Defective Items
Replacement: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
We will arrange for the replacement of the damaged or defective item.
