The author is a dedicated follower of Ayurveda. She was introduced to this science of life, as part of her post-secondary education. She believes that her initial Gurus were the reason behind generating this love and passion towards the science in her, which eventually became the way of life for herself and the people around her. After completing her bachelor’s in Ayurveda, she is now specializing in the unique branch of Panchakarma. She perceives it as her Karma, to spread the goodness of this science for wellness of the mankind.
