Judicial Thoughts (e-Book)
₹270.00
This book, initially titled “Judicial Thoughts,” is a collection of articles written by me on different legal and judicial subjects over a long span of time in my legal profession.
Ordinarily, I would not have published this book. However, the unexpected encouragement I received compelled me to compile these works. I was deeply inspired by young advocates who would phone me, saying that a particular article they read in a law reporter proved highly useful in the Civil Judge examinations. Similarly, law students and their professors informed me that these articles were preserved in their teaching files and became helpful in instruction.

About Book
This book, initially titled “Judicial Thoughts,” is a collection of articles written by me on different legal and judicial subjects over a long span of time in my legal profession.
Ordinarily, I would not have published this book. However, the unexpected encouragement I received compelled me to compile these works. I was deeply inspired by young advocates who would phone me, saying that a particular article they read in a law reporter proved highly useful in the Civil Judge examinations. Similarly, law students and their professors informed me that these articles were preserved in their teaching files and became helpful in instruction.
These interactions showed me that the articles, which were often focused on areas where an uncertainty of solution prevails due to entrenched problems or vested interests, could still serve a greater purpose. These were the primary reasons that led me to place all these articles together, hoping to be a helping hand to the legal profession.
This book, reflects the deep-rooted, telescopic thoughts compiled from my experience. It comprises papers focused on various subjects, often originating from national forums, including those organized by the Bar Council of India and the Supreme Court Bar Association. The core principle explored is often Resistance—resistance to injustice and flawed interpretation. I am indebted to the Editors of the Law Reporters—namely, the Gujarat Law Reporter, Gujarat Law Herald, and Gujarat High Court Judgments—who played a vital role in shaping and preserving this work over the years.
It is my sincere expectation that this book may serve the purpose of a “Light House” to the system, illuminating the path toward resolution and offering a clear, practical perspective.
